P90X 2009





P90X is a revolutionary system of 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping workouts, designed to transform your body from regular to ripped in just 90 days. You'll also receive a comprehensive 3-phase nutrition plan, specially designed supplement options, a detailed fitness guide, a calendar to track your progress, online peer support, and much more. Your personal trainer, Tony Horton, will keep you engaged every step of the way, and you won't believe your results! Basically this program is 90 days long (3 months) and it consists of 12 video's. There are 3 "ways" to do the program. The "Lean Version" Which is basically less resistance training and more cardio workouts (usually women like this version). The second option is called "Classic Version" Which is the normal and recommended one. It has both resistance training and cardio. The last but not least is called "Doubles Version" This one is more for athletes or people in really good shape. The difference here is that you add another workout… so you have a morning workout and an evening workout. ** The order of the links is not the order that you should be doing the workouts in.
